Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients, monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Preferred: 1 year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Ability to make independent decisions and deliver competent care
- Excellent customer service and a positive attitude
