Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living (Full Time 12hr Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking a licensed nurse to provide essential nursing services to our residents. This role adheres to Senior Lifestyle Corporation's guidelines and follows federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• Assess and document new residents during admissions.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Provide consultations on health matters and notify healthcare providers and families of any changes in resident health status.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain open communication with all departments and staff.
• Organize educational sessions for residents and staff.
• Document and manage resident and prospective resident information securely.
• Handle discharge processes, assessments, and documentation as necessary.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited licensed practical nursing program or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant senior care or related field experience.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
