Independent licensed practical nurses use ShiftKey to connect with a nationwide network of hospitals, bid on shifts that match their preferences, and choose their rate. As an independent contractor, you select the hospitals, days, and rate that work best for you.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid LPN license in the state of Mississippi (MS)

Responsibilities

Depending on the shift, you may:

• Chart and record medications and treatments
• Observe patients and report changes in condition
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, height, and other diagnostics
• Comfort and reassure patients
