Current LPN feedback:

  • “My Supervisor is amazing. They are helpful and resourceful if I need to know anything. This place has a bad reputation and I was nervous coming in. Working here is honestly a cake walk. I don't know why there is such a stigma but I even referred my friends to work here. Spring Creek is a lot better than other facilities I've worked at.”
  • “Orientation has gone well. I don't really have many concerns—it will be a little different for me because I am used to the psych units, but it hasn't been too overwhelming. I have been pleasantly surprised about my experience. People say negative things about Spring Creek but it is not bad at all. Nurses like Amy, Nicole, Kadijah, and Brian have been helpful in training me.”
