Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in long-term and post-acute settings. Deliver hands-on assistance, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
