How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Support Clinical Assessments: Partner with RNs by collecting vital patient data and observations to ensure accurate clinical analysis and care adjustments.
• Expert Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions, ensuring patient safety remains the highest priority during every treatment.
• Execute Clinical Services: Perform essential laboratory tests and therapeutic procedures with precision to maintain the daily momentum of patient recovery.
• Empower Patients & Families: Educate residents on self-care and holistic health needs, while proactively maintaining a safe environment and coordinating follow-up resources.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
