About the Role
Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote professional development. Develops a leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participates in the Service Excellence Program.
Requirements
- LPN Diploma
- Active NC LPN License or compact state license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Exposure and practice of medication administration from educational preparation and student clinical practice
- 2-5 years' experience
Pay
Clinical Ladder Pay Range: $23.52 - $34.28. Final compensation will be based on career ladder placement.
Schedule
Part Time - 0.6 FTE (24 hours weekly)
