Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area. Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating care with healthcare teams. Qualifications: active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, a recent PPD, and the ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.
