Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Health

As a Home Care Practical Nurse (PN) with Mercy Home Health, you’ll bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients where they feel safest and most comfortable: their homes. This position is based out of Newtown Square and will support Delaware County.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Utilize clinical expertise and advanced tools to support patient healing and independence.
- Perform phlebotomy and wound care as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active LPN license in the State of Pennsylvania.
- At least one (1) year of professional nursing experience, preferably in Home Health.
- Phlebotomy and wound care experience required.
