Licensed Practical Nurse, HICU

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate opportunities on our HICU® Health Services team for LPNs interested in helping infants and young children transition from the hospital to home in the Pittsburgh, PA area. As a HICU® nurse, you act as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home. You deliver quality care to clients and their family for the initial weeks of homecare, while providing extensive training to the family and ongoing care team.

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients one-on-one
• Providing extensive training to families and ongoing care teams
• Delivering skilled nursing care in the home setting

Qualifications

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• At least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (demonstrated in home or lab)

Pay

LPNs at BAYADA earn a salary of $40+ per hour. $1,500 sign-on bonus and a $2,400 nurse referral bonus are available.

Schedule

ONLY NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE. Full-time and part-time scheduling options.
