Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

About the role

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of licensed healthcare professionals. Maintain accountability for patient care, coordinate with departments, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Missouri LPN license meeting State Board requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• LPN-IV certification completed within 3 months of hire or as required.

Experience & Skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced LPNs.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movement, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
