Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist in directing nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key Responsibilities Include Delegating duties to nursing staff and monitoring their work performanceObserving patients for symptoms or reactions indicating adverse changesAssisting with notifying physicians of emergencies and implementing ordersPerforming additional duties as assigned Qualifications And Skills High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of NursingValid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with renewal proof every other yearWillingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverageAbility to provide quality patient care, follow doctor’s orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursingYearly CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care within a supportive environment.
