Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope, including assessments, education, and administering medications and treatments.
• Support preventive care, chronic disease management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with in-clinic procedures and manage clinic workflows independently.
• Maintain strong communication, mentor staff, and participate in committees or projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or licensed after passing the LPN boards.
• One year of recent LPN experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing situations, and use electronic medical records.
• Current LPN license and BLS certification as required by state.
