Licensed Practical Nurse - FT/PT/PRN

Role Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality, hands-on resident care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. They assist residents with activities of daily living, collaborate with medical staff, and support in-service training for team members. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to emergencies, maintaining professionalism, and promoting a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure as an LPN or LVN in good standing
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
• Preferred: 1-2 years of healthcare experience and a four-year degree
• Proficiency in English, electronic record systems, and following instructions
