Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
• Reliable daily transportation for home care environments
• Insurance and acceptable driving record
• Fingerprinting eligibility
• Maintain core customer service responsibilities, standards, and behaviors
• Practice customer skills through on-going training and in-services
• Possess personal qualities including self-direction, flexibility, commitment to teamwork, initiative, willingness to learn, openness to new experiences, respect for diversity, and customer service values

Requirements

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Successful completion of HFHS pharmacology exam for the LPN
• Current BLS certification
