Responsibilities
- Assessing patient signs and symptoms
- Collecting and analyzing health data
- Documenting nursing diagnoses
Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current TB or Chest X‑Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience
