Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Responsibilities
- Coordinates and reviews all inpatient medical records
- Actively participates in Case Management meetings
- Serves as ongoing educator to all departments
Qualifications
- Current Maine LPN/LVN license
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current BCLS certification preferred
- Two years of acute care experience
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
Pay
$27.00 to $30.75
