Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients according to the patient’s plan of care
- Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines
- Serve as a patient advocate, communicating with physicians, clinical managers, and RNs
- Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active LPN license in Florida
- Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; Home Health experience is a plus
- IV certification preferred
- Strong initiative and independent judgment
