About the role
We’re currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Our skilled nurses provide high-quality care and support to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Locations served: Luzerne County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- One-to-one patient care in home/school environment
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Patient assessments; coordination of care
- Report any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Pay
$28-$32 per hour
Schedule
Immediate shift needs: Friday/Saturday 10pm - 7am (for patients with feeding difficulties and chronic respiratory disease)
