Responsibilities
- One-to-one patient care in a home/school environment
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for the patient
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Patient assessments and coordination of care
- Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Schedule
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Full-time and part-time schedules
- Morning, evening, or overnight shifts
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Location
Mehoopany, PA - Wyoming County
Rate: $32 per hour
Immediate need in Mehoopany, PA: All shifts open - days, nights, overnight.
