Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is a leader in the healthcare field, providing exceptional skilled nursing and aide services. Locations served: Luzerne County. Service Location: Bloomsburg, Pa and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

Pay

$27‑$32 per hour

Schedule

Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available; Flexible 8am‑8pm Monday‑Friday / flexible shifts; weekend shifts also available; Morning, evening or overnight shifts; 8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shifts; PRN, Part‑Time, or Full‑Time options.
