Responsibilities

• Ensure our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
• Work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.

Requirements

• Current Nursing license in the state of Montana.
• 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred.
• A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.
• Leadership, responsibility, time management, compassion, and patience.
• Ability to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner.

Pay

$7500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm with an On-Call Rotation (Schedule Subject to Change based on Community Need - Some Holidays may be Required)
