Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule

• Full-time
• Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
• On-Call Rotation required
• Schedule subject to change based on community need; some holidays may be required

Pay

• $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, DOE
• $7,500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care plans for each resident in collaboration with a team of nurses and clinical staff
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner

Qualifications

• Current Nursing license in the state of Montana
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• 3–5 years of experience working in geriatric care preferred
• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
