You will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate has excellent clinical skills and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support
• Work independently and make decisions when circumstances warrant to meet the needs of residents
• Be flexible in work habits to meet needs of residents or nursing staff
• Deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families and visitors
• Work as part of a caring team to provide the best possible care for residents

Requirements

• Current & active LPN Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay

Salary range: $25.29 to $33.63 per hour

Schedule

Night shift – 7p to 7a

Retention Bonus

Up to $15,000 for full-time employees
