About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care in home settings.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
- Must hold current, valid state nursing license and be registered as an LPN in the state of NY.
- A minimum of 2 years home care experience.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine compassion for patients and their families, with the ability to provide emotional support in addition to medical care.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, family, other healthcare providers, and team members.
- Current CPR Certification (Basic Life Support, BLS).
