We’re looking for dedicated, dependable LPNs to join our clinical team at Staunton Post Acute & Rehabilitation, a top-rated Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and dignity to our residents.

Job details: Full Time and Part Time only, NO PRNS, Shifts Available: FT Days and PT Nights with every other weekend required, Rate of pay: $31.00/hr. to $37.05/ hr. (plus Shift Diffs as applicable), $10,000 for Full-Time & $5,000 for Part-Time positions or if you differ the sign on you can get $2.25 extra for full time, Access to Daily Pay.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Assist with resident comfort
  • Collect samples and monitor catheters
  • Provide wound care
  • Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
  • Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
  • Help coach staff as necessary

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in Virginia
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
