Pay
- Rate of pay: $29.00 to $31.17 per hour (plus shift differentials as applicable)

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Assist with resident comfort
- Collect samples and monitor catheters
- Provide wound care
- Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
- Help coach staff as necessary
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
