We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Yes: Job Duties & Essential Functions. Requirements/Qualifications? Yes: Required Education & Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay: Yes: Pay $28.62 - $35.74 and description. Schedule: Yes: Schedule Full Time Days/Hours Work shifts are scheduled within the hours of 730 AM - 800 PM. 1-2 evening shifts per week (ending at 800 PM) and 1-2 Saturdays per month are required. Schedules are communicated in advance to support planning and work-life balance. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove StaffCo details? That's not substantive? Might be considered boilerplate but it's about employment arrangement; maybe keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The StaffCo paragraph is not exactly EEO but it's about employer arrangement; might be considered legal boilerplate. Probably remove it. Also remove CPMP EEO statements. Also remove "Physical Demands" maybe keep? It's a section but not in allowed headings list; we could treat as part of Requirements? Not sure. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Demands not in list, so we should not create a heading for it; we could incorporate its content into Requirements or maybe omit if not fitting. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it unless we incorporate elsewhere. Could put under Requirements as a

or

. Since not a standard heading, we could embed within Requirements section as a paragraph. Similarly "Summary" maybe treat as About the role? Could be About the role. The posting includes "SUMMARY". We can map that to About the role section. Thus sections: About the role (from SUMMARY). Responsibilities (Job Duties & Essential Functions). Requirements (Required Education & Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Pay. Schedule. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no h3 for Licensed Practical Nurse. We need to preserve all substantive information: include details like schedule, pay range, etc. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". The pay description includes some filler but we have actual range; we can keep the paragraph about compensation philosophy. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, StaffCo, etc. Let's extract content. The responsibilities and tasks outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of CPMP. StaffCo is a Professional Employer Organization, commonly referred to as a PEO, duly organized and registered under the New York Professional Employer Organization law. StaffCo and SUNY have entered into a professional employer agreement under which StaffCo is the employer of Stony Brook Clinical Practice Management Plan employees and responsible for all aspects of employment, including hirings, promotions, disciplines, terminations, the day-to-day direction and supervision of work, as well as labor relations and collective bargaining. StaffCo is fully responsible for providing all payroll and human resources services, including the payment of wages, collecting and reporting payroll taxes and maintaining any and all employee benefits. SUNY Stony Brook Hospital is responsible for the operation of the hospital and provision of health care and is the co-employer as is necessary to conduct its responsibilities and for related licensure, regulatory or statutory requirements and obligations. Given StaffCo’s employment responsibilities, it is deemed the “employer” for employment and labor law purposes. Thus, the employees are private sector employees of StaffCo, not public sector employees of SUNY. The private sector nature of the StaffCo employees has been approved by NYS Civil Service and upheld in a decision by the US National Labor Relations Board. CPMP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected status. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall and transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training. CPMP expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected status. Improper interference with the ability of CPMP’s employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge. We need to strip out the StaffCo and EEO paragraphs.
