  • . Job Requirements: includes Education/Licenses, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Driving Requirements, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment. We need to separate into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills sections as appropriate. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content. "Job Requirements" likely maps to Requirements heading. Within that we have Education/Licenses, Experience, Knowledge, etc. Could also have Qualifications heading for education/licenses? But we can combine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need Benefits section: The posting includes benefits description after "Your well-being and success are our priority at RI—explore our benefits and discover how we invest in YOU every step of the way! As an innovative leader in behavioral health care, we are committed to supporting our teams through a comprehensive benefits package. This includes competitive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to mental health resources and wellness programs. Schedule section: Shift Details: 7:00am - 7:30pm - Rotating schedule, two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, with every other weekend off. We also have Work Location maybe could be part of About the role or separate? Not a heading; could be included in About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. At end there is EEO statement etc. Must remove. Also remove "Recovery Innovations is committed to providing equal employment opportunities..." etc. Also remove "Benefits/perks listed above may vary depending on the nature of your employment..." etc. That's somewhat boilerplate but mentions benefits may vary; could be considered boilerplate; but we might keep if it's substantive? It's a disclaimer; likely remove. Also remove "The wage range for this role considers..." etc. That's also boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information: mission/vision, job summary, duties, requirements, benefits, pay, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "$29.00/hour", "$2,000.00 sign-on bonus", "Full-Time / Non-Exempt", shift details. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

But we might separate location and job type maybe in About role or separate? Could keep in About role. Better to keep About role concise: mission/vision and summary. Then Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    with
    • ... each duty. We need to preserve all duty statements exactly as given? We can keep the bullet points but maybe combine subheadings? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can just list each duty as
      • . We could keep the subheadings as plain text inside
      • or we could keep them as part of the
