What You’ll Do
The primary purpose of the Nurse is to provide patients with services including:
- Screening, medication/prescription management
- Assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services
- Providing medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients
- Working in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and client medication logs
- Assisting other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy clinical environment for all clients
Requirements
- An active, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in North Carolina (LPN)
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel
Prior mental health experience preferred but not required.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay
$27 - $30/hr for this full-time position.
