Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Documenting patient information accurately in EMR and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members
Requirements
- Qualified candidates should have a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- A strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members
