About the role
We are seeking a licensed EMT-B, EMT-A, Paramedic, or LPN to work in our plasma donation centers.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and assess donor suitability
- Build rapport with donors and ensure confidentiality
- Provide health education to donors
- Manage injuries and adverse events
- Assist in employee training
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an EMT-B, EMT-A, Paramedic, or LPN
- CPR certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and precise hand movements
- Willingness to work in conditions involving exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold, with required PPE
