Licensed Practical Nurse

NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an LPN to join our care team in Montrose.

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Work directly with primary and behavioral health care providers to room patients
• Collect preliminary visit information and test samples
• Maintain patient records
• Communicate with patients regarding basic medical procedures
• Assist in basic examinations
• Manage patient flow to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization
