Responsibilities

• Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
• Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
• Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
• Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.

Mosaic supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and residential settings. The focus is on routine health management, wellness, and advocacy rather than rapid bedside turnover.

Requirements

• An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska.
• At least one year of general nursing experience.
• A valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical stamina: comfortable walking, standing, and safely transferring up to 50 pounds when needed.
