Responsibilities

  • Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
  • Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
  • Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
  • Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
  • Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
  • Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
  • Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
  • After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.
