Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in accordance with their care plans
- Confer with physicians, patients, family members, and other staff involved in patient care
- Communicate with patients and families regarding education and patient progress
- Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress
- Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance with state and federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an LPN in the state of [State]
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
