About the role
As an LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the community’s Director of Nursing to:
- Provide care to patients in accordance with their care plans, including conferences with physicians, patients, family members, and other staff involved in the patient’s care.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding education and patient progress.
- Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress.
- Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance with all State and Federal requirements, including bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety.
