We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional resident care.

Pay

• Competitive pay based on experience
• $3.00/hour shift differential for 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM hours worked
• $2.00/hour night shift differential
• Additional $2.00/hour weekend incentive for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday
• $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out bi-weekly

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (Daylight and Night Shift opportunities)
• Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
