Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Floor Nurse to provide caring support to our family of residents. You will be responsible for resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation while working in a beautiful environment with meaningful work and a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents on the floor.
• Conduct resident assessments, deliver treatments, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high‑quality care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN).
• Current Virginia LPN license in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living setting and with the geriatric population is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
