About the role
Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse at Avantara Lake Norden, working 12–24 hours per week with flexible day, night, or custom scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Educate residents and their families on post-discharge care and wellness.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
