We are searching for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Serve as a team leader and advocate for your residents
• Apply your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and safe

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Qualifications

• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
