Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents.
• Use knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license from the State of South Dakota.
• Prior LPN experience is preferred but not required; the employer is willing to invest in the right candidate.
