About the role
We're seeking compassionate and committed Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team at Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation. Our facility is a top-rated Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and dignity to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Aid in resident comfort
- Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care
- Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
- Help coach staff as necessary
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Virginia
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new graduates welcome!
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Pay
$29.00 to $33.15 per hour (plus shift differentials)
