Pay
$40–$42+ per hour, paid weekly.
Schedule
PRN, part-time, and full-time contract opportunities. Shift options include days, evenings, and nights with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. 24/7 contact with on-call staff.

Responsibilities
- PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care facilities and/or assisted living settings
- Assist with daily activities
- Administer medications, provide treatments, and perform wound care
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Check vital signs
- Observe patients for issues requiring changes in care, medication, or medical equipment
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
- Maintain required certifications and associated standards
- LPN experience highly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
