Licensed Practical Nurse
About the role
Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on building relationships and bonds with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide dialysis therapy under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
- Read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
- Meets all state/licensing requirements.
- ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.

Pay
$18.17 - $29.53 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
