Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical team.
• Deliver direct nursing care, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and treatment support under RN/physician guidance.
• Perform patient intake, assessments, and documentation in the EMR.
• Assist with medical procedures and reinforce patient education and discharge instructions.
• Support quality, safety, and infection-control standards while promoting holistic care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, documentation, and patient education.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow medical instructions.
