Licensed Practical Nurse

At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Greenville, NC. As an integral part of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work alongside professionals committed to transforming the lives of individuals seeking assistance for mental health and substance use.
About the role
The primary purpose of the Nurse is to provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services. This position will provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients as well as offer guidance to Medical Assistants. You will work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients. The nursing professional maintains accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and client medication logs, in addition to assisting other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy clinical environment for all clients.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay
- Competitive pay: $27–$30/hr for this full-time position

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in North Carolina (LPN)
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel
- Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
