Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, resident-centered care including direct bedside support, medication and treatment administration, vital signs monitoring, and accurate documentation. Collaborations: Work closely with RNs, therapists, and CNAs to support care plans, rehabilitation objectives, and ensure safe resident transitions.
