Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient hemodialysis treatments
- Monitor patients during dialysis and report clinical changes
- Support setup and takedown of CKRT and PD therapies (as trained)
- Collaborate with RN team for escalation or complex care needs
- Document care accurately and timely
- Support safe dialysis workflow and equipment handling
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (state-specific)
- Dialysis experience preferred
- Acute care experience a plus
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to function within a team-based acute care model
