About the role

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• No dialysis experience is required
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Float to various facilities during and after your training
• Flexible schedule required; ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita’s computer systems within 90 days of hire
